No hedging, no "contact us for details." If something here still isn't clear, email us and you'll hear back within 24 hours.
Two things: a signed agreement and a 30% retainer. Both are handled online, and we send them the same day you say yes.
Your date comes off our calendar the moment the retainer clears. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Until both are back, the date stays open to other inquiries, which is why we tell you plainly if someone else is asking about it.
Saturdays in peak season, March through June and October through December, tend to go six to eight months out. Weekdays and off-season dates are often available inside a month.
Short notice is worth asking about. We keep one crew slot flexible for last-minute bookings and have set up with nine days' notice more than once.
Not inside the Houston metro. Travel, setup, and teardown are built into the price you're quoted.
Idle time is free as well. If your reception has a two-hour dinner and toast block, we close the booth, stay on site, and open it again when the dancing starts. That's normal for us, not an upcharge.
Your retainer moves with you to any open date within 18 months, once, at no extra cost. Venues get postponed and plans change. We'd rather keep the booking than keep the deposit.
Travel is included across Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, The Woodlands, Fulshear, and Sienna.
Galveston, Brenham, Conroe, Richmond, League City, and Baytown are also available. Just tell us the venue when you inquire.
We load in 90 minutes before your start time and run a full test print before your first guest walks in. Setup takes about 45 of those minutes, which leaves room for the venue's own timeline to slip.
Give us your planner or venue coordinator and we'll work with them directly on load-in, placement, and power. You should not be answering vendor questions on your own event day.
A second camera body, a second printer, and a second laptop travel to every single event. Not to the busy ones. Every one.
A swap takes about four minutes and has happened twice in three years. Both times, nobody in the room noticed. Photos are also written to two cards at once, so a card failure costs you nothing.
An 8 × 8 ft footprint, one standard 110v outlet within about 50 feet, and level ground. We bring our own table, cable runs, mats, and lighting.
Outdoors, we need cover: a tent, patio, or overhang. Direct sun and rain are both hard on a printer. Send us a floor plan or a photo of the space and we'll pick the spot for you.
Yes. We carry $2M general liability coverage, and most venues ask for proof of it before they'll let a vendor load in.
Send us your venue's name and we'll email a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured, usually the same day. You should never have to chase a vendor for that document the week of your event.
A trained Liora host, never a subcontractor and never an unattended kiosk. They style poses, hand prints to the right people, keep the line moving, and know when to bring the booth to the table that hasn't gotten up yet.
You'll get your host's name and number in the week before the event. Every host works in both English and Spanish.
Unlimited sessions on every package. On print packages, unlimited prints too, so a group of eight can each walk away with their own copy.
A session runs about 45 seconds. In practice a booth handles 30 to 40 groups an hour with a host keeping things moving.
Your full gallery lands by the next morning, color-corrected, with both the individual frames and the finished print layouts. Guests get their own copies instantly at the booth by text, email, or AirDrop.
The gallery stays live for 12 months and downloads in one click.
You do, for any use you like, including printing and commercial use for brand events. We ask permission before posting anything from your event, and if you'd rather we post nothing at all, say so and we won't.
Yes. Print template, start screen, and sharing screen are all custom, and we work from your brand files or your event palette. Two rounds of revisions are included.
For brand activations we can also add data capture on the sharing screen and send you the opt-in list after the event.
